What time is the reception desk open?
Our reception is open every day from 4.00 pm to 8.30 pm. Outside these hours, our team can be reached by phone in the morning from 8.00 am to 11.00 am, or by email, to answer your queries and help you organise your stay in Orange.
Rooms are available from 4.00 pm. If you plan to arrive after 8.30 pm, please contact us in advance to arrange key collection.
Rooms must be vacated before 11.00 am on the day you check out. If you are leaving early in the morning, we recommend settling your bill the day before for an easy departure.

Start your day with breakfast served from 8.00 am to 10.00 am in our inner courtyard, beneath the shade of a century-old plane tree. In fine weather, enjoy our flower-decked terrace with coffee, pastries, fresh fruit juices and local produce in a lovely Provençal setting.
